Service and refund terms
Payment is for remote technical services actually performed. Once a service has been performed and completed as described, the service fee is generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where Softech Services agrees otherwise.
If you believe the service was not provided as described, contact Softech Services promptly. Additional work outside the original agreed scope requires approval before additional charges are incurred. Software, licenses and other products are subject to the applicable manufacturer's, supplier's or product-specific refund terms. Nothing here restricts rights that cannot legally be restricted.
