Softech Services provides web development, SEO, digital marketing, cloud computing, IT support, and related professional services as agreed in individual project proposals or service agreements.

2. Use of Website

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to disrupt its operation, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious code, or use scraping/automation tools without permission.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by Softech Services or its licensors and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

4. Project Deliverables

Ownership of project deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment, subject to terms in the applicable Statement of Work. Softech Services retains rights to portfolio display unless agreed otherwise.

5. Payment

Invoices are payable per the schedule in the relevant proposal. Late payments may incur interest and project suspension.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during engagements private and to use it only for the purposes of the engagement.

7. Warranties & Liability

Services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Softech Services disclaims all implied warranties and limits its liability to fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Softech Services from claims arising out of your misuse of our services or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Project termination is governed by the applicable Statement of Work.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
