Refund Policy

We want every client to be confident in working with us. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
1. Eligibility
- Refunds are available for project deposits if work has not commenced within 7 days of payment.
- Milestone-based refunds may be issued for incomplete deliverables, prorated for completed work.
- Monthly retainer services are refundable for the unused portion of the current month if cancelled in writing.
2. Timelines
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
3. Exclusions
- Completed and delivered work that has been accepted.
- Third-party costs (domains, hosting, paid ad spend, software licenses, plugins).
- Custom development projects after design or development sign-off.
- Discounted, promotional, or fixed-fee packages explicitly marked non-refundable.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email info@softechservicess.com with your invoice number and reason for the request. Our team will respond within 2 business days.
5. Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback or formal dispute, please contact us — most issues are resolved quickly and amicably.
